Slow Bloom Coffee

$18.00

Slow Bloom Coffee Cooperative of Redlands, CA was founded by former workers of Augie’s Coffee Union, after management illegally laid off employees in retaliation for their unionization efforts. Slow Bloom is a collective of families, friends, and passionate individuals committed to rebuilding communities and supporting one other. Slow Bloom represents a radical shift toward a new vision—one where people are valued over profit.

Arm in Arm combines two exceptional coffees to create a versatile profile that shines in every brewing method. A washed Guatemalan coffee meets a natural Ethiopian, resulting in a cup that’s balanced, full-bodied, and rich in flavor. Whether brewed as espresso, enjoyed with milk, or savored black, this blend delivers a harmonious experience.

Tasting Notes: Mixed Berries, Milk Chocolate, Citrus Fruits, Sweet & Syrupy
Country: Guatemala & Ethiopia
Region: Huehuetenango (Guatemala) / Sidama (Ethiopia)
Process: Washed (Guatemala) / Natural (Ethiopia)
Farm: Community Lots
Varietals: Caturra, Catuai, Bourbon, Heirloom

Goth Phase proves dark roast is more than just a trend. This blend begins with a carefully chosen Colombian bean that has the sweetness and body to shine at higher roast levels, while retaining its unique characteristics. The roast profile brings out the rich caramelization, deep chocolate notes, high body, and low acidity that define a well-developed dark roast.
