Slow Bloom Coffee
Slow Bloom Coffee Cooperative of Redlands, CA was founded by former workers of Augie’s Coffee Union, after management illegally laid off employees in retaliation for their unionization efforts. Slow Bloom is a collective of families, friends, and passionate individuals committed to rebuilding communities and supporting one other. Slow Bloom represents a radical shift toward a new vision—one where people are valued over profit.
